but well i hope the team will work much much harder. season's starting in 2 weeks. i hope everyone will give it their best and not depend on the others on the pitch to do your work for you. everyone plays a crucial role. the defence need to work especially hard cos like seet said before, if we cant defend, even if we can score 10 the opponent can score 11 they win cos our defence sucks. so defenders must work hard and you guys gotta be the most solid defenders around okay. must remain calm, clear the balls out of danger zone, ur low tackles, low blocks, low cg and be confident. midfield, i know it's tough playing midfield and tiring especially. wingers we all have faith in you to run the ball and dribble the ball down the line. you can do it! (:

like what qing said , the root of our problem is communication. i hope everyone will be more serious during trainings and stuff i mean only one plus more month till everthing ends, so we must make it all worthwhile. so yeah we need to learn to communicate more. have to put in 100 percent even during trainings and like what flor always tells us " when we're on the pitch, remember there are 10 other ppl playing for you." that's why u cant let the others down, you cant let your teammates playing on the pitch down, you cant let your teammates on the bench down, you cant let your coach down. more importantly you cant let yourself down.

anyway after trg went to qing's house with mari and slacked eat a whole load of junk and watch bimbotic shows. hahah legally blonde one and two. hahahaha. although i slept thru legally blonde two. and now im home tired and hemstrings are aching. feet is pain cos i got hit. hmmmmm
