I'll never light your eyes up like they should

today was really an eyeopener. yay! volunteer work with mendaki today doorknocking survey thingy at tampines was fun actually although i must say i didnt really do much btu really it was an eyeopener. learn alot of new stuff and interacted with ppl from diff backgrounds and encoutner extremely rude ppl as well. so anyway did the volunteer work with shazzy and faiz but in the end three of us got split up and attached to different staff members together with one or two other volunteers from masjid darul ghufran since the programme we were promoting is gonna be held at masjid darul ghufran tmrw. so cute so many little kids but im not going la tmw.

so anyway there was free food for us also. hahah. and oh i got attached to kak fifihani and she is damn funny cos from the moment i reached there she like kept looking at me then this other staff was like " ehhh she looks alot like ur sister" then ya she was telling me that she kept staring at me cos i look alot like her sister. haha too bad she doesnt have her photo. so yeah went doorknocking at blk 929 and wah quite a number of houses and all the different kinda backgrounds that the families come from really interesting. like there was this familiy with 6 kids and all.. yeah. intersting la i learnt alot. eyeopener really. and all the staff members were really nice esp cik hanisah hahah she's such a nice old lady. ((:

yeah all was done by 430 so around 4 hours of work like that and we all left feeling very satisfied and shazzy's group was so funny la the way she told us. went to tampines mall![gosh the amount of ppl there] ate icecream gelare! hahah and then went off 969! haha talking talking and disturbing faiz. hahahah i win lor faiz! hahaha. cos he tried to threaten me with hahah sumthing! but i realise that i can threaten him too. hahahhahaha u lose.

so yeah in all great day really. heh. hols a good start. but need to study. bleah. oh well well social services seminar on tues! yay. and i shall go off and do my cross stitch or smth. hahha

oh the soccer boys had friendly this morning with the balestier club youth team or smth. and they won 7-1! haha not bad ahhhh
