anyway damn tired nowwwwwww. training was like half physical and the sun was so hot. anyway the tpjc coach was there doing dunno wat. and tmrw friendly with crescent. haha see nordin!

now now now my hamstrings hurt and my left arm is gonna come out soon and my tailbone is soooo painful. sighhhhhhh
