today is damn tiring. i think training is getting really tiring nowadays. alot of physical. today 4rounds warmup and 8 rounds of circuit. nyehhh...

nothing much to blog abt. except that alot of ppl around me were pmsing away like mari..hhah. and i hope you are feeling better.

am damn tired must go mug now. and ya some ppl have no life hahahah. cheap thrill. ultimate siaaa
